• ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THESE KIND OF TRADITIONAL CERAMICS:
Ru kiln porcelain is a highly prized Chinese stoneware produced during the late Song Dynasty (960–1279). The kiln was active for no more than 20 years, during the reigns of Northern Song emperors Zhezong (1085–1110) and Huizong (1110–1125). Ru ware is considered the most famous and rarest of the five great kilns of the Song Dynasty. The wares are known for their simple and elegant artistic style, and come in color variants such as sky green and pea green.
